Introducing the new touchscreen operating panel Tajima TMBP2, TMBP2-XC, TMBR2, TMEZ-SC, TMAR-KC and TMEZ-KC embroidery machines all now have the same intuitive touchscreen operating panel. The panel is huge at 12.1in, and the memory which you can split into custom folders for easy design retrieval is a massive 650 designs or 40 million stitches. It also has LAN and USB ports for networking or simply design input. As well as the normal functions of getting designs in, setting colours and deciding on the orientation of the design, this panel all gives you control of the unique DCP Digitally Controlled Presser foot on TMBR2, TMAR-KC and TMEZ-KC models. The DCP can be set to auto, and AI will decide the best settings for you but you can manually override too to give very precise control of the presser foot when and where it is needed. On TMEZ models you can also take control of the i-TM system. Intelligent Thread Management is a unique way to control your thread delivery to the needle. Ai automatically or manually adjusts the upper thread tension based on the thickness of the product being sewn, the stitch type and length and all this is done in milliseconds to give a quality finish which is second to none.
On the single-head models with the new screen, you also have a design placement feature where the position of the design can follow a line drawn to make placing designs on stripes or in precise positions much easier.
