Lenovo Announces Education Solutions and Collaboration with the University of Cardiff at BETT


A


t BETT UK, Lenovo has announced a range of solutions to expand its growing portfolio of hardware, software, and services built for teachers and students, with an understanding of educators’ challenges and delivering education solutions that meet their needs.


The new solutions include the Lenovo 100e Chromebook Gen 4, featured with the Intel Processor N-Series to enable an efficient and user-friendly mobile computing experience. The ChromeOS platform equips students with the tools they need in the classroom and beyond. The device has a 11.6” clamshell design and weighs less than 1.5kg, with its 12-hour battery life, Lenovo 100e Chromebook Gen 4 is designed with optional touchscreen that enables schoolwork, collaboration, and exploration— whatever the day brings.


Lenovo is also providing professional services to schools, helping them meet the demanding requirements of education. The Lenovo EdTech Consulting Services support schools in strategic innovation by identifying and deploying the right technologies to meet changing educational needs and focusing on student outcomes.


In addition to these new solutions, Lenovo has also revealed its collaboration with the University of Cardiff, along with Logicalis, to boost its high performance computing (HPC) cluster performance by 100%,
