ROUND UP

Finding a family for Jade, Harry & Jessica - North West agency Adoption Now is seeking a family for an adorable trio

Jade is a happy, chatty, inquisitive little girl and

the caring big sister of the group; she’ll often help her brother and sister with things like doing their buttons up. Her favourite toys are her baby dolls and she loves pushing them around in their prams. When she grows up, she wants to be a teacher or a mummy. Harry is a warm and loving little boy who

enjoys cuddles. He likes playing with cars, dinosaurs and colouring in, but his absolute favourite is Thomas the Tank Engine. When he grows up, he wants to be a firefighter like Fireman Sam.

T

here are many children across the country who are looking for something many people take

for granted; a safe, loving and nurturing family. However, for some of these children the wait to be adopted can be longer than others because of their age, heritage, additional needs or due to them needing to be adopted with their brothers and sisters. Jade (aged 6), Harry (aged 4) and Jessica (aged

2) are an adorable and fun little trio who are currently waiting for a family to adopt the three of them together. They have a strong and loving bond, often copying one another and getting excited to play “Hidey Boo’ together.

Jessica is a confident little tom-boy who is full

of beans and always happy to put on a show. She has lots of energy and loves to run around inside and out, singing along to her favourite Frozen songs. The trio are looking for a family who can

handle the hustle and bustle of family life and help them to learn and grow to their full potential. Financial support may be available for prospective adopters considering adopting the siblings so don’t be put off or rule yourself out!

If you could consider adopting Jade, Harry and

Jessica talk to Adoption Nowon 01204 336 096 or visit www.adoptionnow.org.uk for more information.

WILLIAMS REFRIGERATION: the practical cool for school

undercounter and upright cabinets combines robust construction, a slimline design and a budget price. The Amber-A400 upright cabinet, which is available as either a fridge or freezer, has a footprint of just 695 x 684mm yet offers 410 litres capacity. Meanwhile the undercounter Amber-135 is just 606mm wide by 577mm deep by 805mm high, with a capacity of 135 litres. Rightly, sustainability is on most schools’ refrigeration specification wish-

list. Wherever possible, Williams uses naturally occurring refrigerant gases, such as hydrocarbon R290. These are highly efficient and have almost no negative impact on the environment. What’s more, their thermodynamic properties are so superior that they reduce energy consumption compared to standard refrigerants. Specifying equipment that’s easy to operate and look after is another key

criteria for many schools. Williams ensures that this is applied across all its products; for example, shelving and racking is easy to remove for cleaning. Then there are blast chillers – they can be complicated, but the Williams ‘1, 2, 3’ control panel is a simple to operate system using three easy steps to initiate the blast-chill cycle. Alongside its back of house storage refrigeration for schools, Williams

A

t the LACA Main Event Williams will focus on ‘refrigeration for the real world’: while energy efficiency is important, so is functionality. Which is

why a Williams fridge reliably maintains food at the right temperature, is easy to live with and is very, very tough. The latest school products from Williams totally reflect this practical, ‘real

world refrigeration’ ethos. Take the new Chefs Drawers. These individual refrigerated drawers are compact, low-level units that can fit into tight areas, making the most use of available space. They can be stacked and can even have cooking appliances sited on top of them. For schools on a budget, Williams has developed several cabinets that provide professional, low-cost refrigeration. For example, the Amber range of

offers a range of attractive front of house merchandisers – making it a one stop shop for school refrigeration. Williams school specialists will be on hand throughout The Main Event to discuss the latest refrigeration ideas for the education sector.
