MD Antony Hunt (pictured) was quick to point out that his business has been working this way throughout its 30+ years in business. “We don’t burden people with contracts they can’t get out of” he explained. “We don’t operate a minimum term on our temporary buildings and also give customers the option to buy during their hire term if that suits them better. Why wouldn’t you provide exactly what suits the customer?” Education buildings traditionally take a long time to plan and build but


with an instant building, many options are relocatable and so their uses can change over time. “We had a primary school in Lincoln who took a temporary building from us while their own hall was being refurbished. They still use the temporary building for PE, after school meetings and many other functions. Another customer has recently come off-hire mid contract. They paid us up to date and we took the building away. We wish them well and hope they return to us when things are easier. We


always try to do the right thing.” Being flexible and able to respond positively to change is crucial during


this period of time. Choosing suppliers who are independent and professional will always work in your favour when it comes to quick, common sense solutions.
