HOLD GAMING H

HOLD GAMING

While over 80 percent of US States have casinos, less than 10 percent offer real money iGaming

has been within a much younger demographic compared to the typical casino patron. Traditional casino operators are yet to effectively leverage this industry – a fact made all the more apparent by the addition of casinos in popular video games, for example Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto. The first esports casino games are built on skill-based and video game gambling. There are several players in the industry tapping into new markets by forging meaningful partnerships to bring these products to players. Still the product faces issues with coordinating multiple players, not only to play at the same time but also in the same location. These restrictions limit adoption by the very audience casinos are trying to reach. Which brings us to this – the biggest hurdle facing new casino game genres is the requirement to be physically located within a casino. This limits players in terms of their time with the product and location and doesn’t allow them to test the waters to see if it’s the right fit.

What if there was a way to combine the very best elements of existing formats and create a

new genre of gaming? We think there is, so we created it.

Hold Gaming is home to the first casino esports games where players can win real cash prizes playing casino games that have been around forever, with fun new mechanics that enhance the experience. Everything is online, on the player’s schedule with synchronous or asynchronous play.  the end-to-end experience for the player is based on skill rather than chance, so somebody always wins. The skill-based format of our games means we can increase by tenfold the US states where iGaming is available – with real money gameplay possible in up to 40 states – and we’re able to make them accessible on more platforms than ever before. Ensuring only verified players access our platform is essential, so we built anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance into the platform from the ground up. This allows us to provide a smooth on-ramp to verify customers, instead of adding these necessary checks and balances as an after-thought.

It’s working – our first game release, Blackjack Fire, is already available through the App Store, with more than 20,000 installs and $10,000 USD in cash prizes handed out since our launch just four months ago. Next up, we’re looking at how gameplay can be enhanced by live events and tournaments while testing the waters in new markets. We have now launched Blackjack Fire in Australia with other regions including Canada, UK, EU, and LATAM soon to follow. To find out more about what we’re doing, visit our website (www.holdgaming.com), or download Blackjack Fire from the US or Australia App Store.
