endel & Hendel has strengthened its team with a series of new appointments across marketing, export, client advisory and customer service, reflecting a period of steady growth and an increasing focus on how the brand is experienced at every stage.

H

Joining the marketing team in March, Natasha Holyhead takes on the role of Brand Community and PR Strategist, where she will lead influencer partnerships, press engagement and events, while nurturing relationships with creators and collaborators. Her appointment signals a more connected, outward-facing approach to how Hendel & Hendel engages with its community.

In February, Alec Elliot joined as Export Business Development Associate, working within the export team to expand Hendel & Hendel’s presence in the United States. His focus will be on building relationships with new dealers and strengthening existing partnerships within the design community, supporting the brand’s continued international reach. April saw two further additions, both centred on client experience. Isobel Jones joins as Client Advisor, offering guidance on handle selection and curation, providing tailored support across a wide range of projects. Her role brings an added layer of expertise to the customer journey, ensuring that each enquiry is met with informed, thoughtful advice. Alongside this, Lily Prior joins as Customer Service Administrator, becoming part of the team known for its responsiveness and clarity. Her role supports the day-to-day interactions that underpin the brand’s reputation for reliability and ease.

Terence Haughton, Managing Director at Hendel & Hendel, says: “We have always placed real importance on how people first encounter Hendel & Hendel, whether that begins with a conversation, early guidance, or the clarity we bring at the outset of a project, and these appointments strengthen that thinking across the business. What matters is that as we grow, we are able to offer even greater depth of expertise from the very beginning, ensuring every interaction feels informed, confident, and genuinely helpful.”

“As we continue to expand, particularly in markets such as the United States, there is a natural need to build stronger relationships on the ground, while also ensuring that the character of the brand remains consistent. At the same time, we are seeing an increasing demand for guidance, whether from designers, trade partners or private clients, and that requires a team who can respond with confidence and knowledge.

“These roles are not about scale for its own sake, but about reinforcing the way we work. Each appointment supports a different part of the journey, from first introduction through to final specification, and together they allow us to operate with greater focus, while remaining close to the detail that defines us.”
