Coolag launches adaptable wall-hung cistern frame
Coolag, has launched a wall hung WC frame with concealed, slimline cistern unit. At 96mm thick it is ideal for
small washrooms. The telescopic frame legs are adjustable from 0– 115mm before being locked solid by four bolts and concealed within the wall.. The flush pipe and soil
connection remain fixed in relation to the mounting points for the WC bowl, with the whole installation being completed by tiling or other finishes: concealing the plumbing and leaving the floor below clear. Coolag has considered other
aspects also in designing its new wall-mounting frame: the cistern being acoustically insulated to reduce noise when flushed. Then from an environmental perspective, the smaller of the two flushing controls greatly reduces water consumption compared to conventional toilets. The frame ensures cleaning round the toilet
area is far easier with all the workings hidden especially where hygiene is paramount. Finally, Coolag’s five-year
guarantee offers peace of mind for all concerned.

Triton pushes the button on new bar mixer T
riton has launched its new Push Button Bar Diverter mixer shower,
designed to offer enhanced functionality combined with a contemporary finish. The diverter feature allows the user to easily
switch between a single spray pattern handset and overhead fixed (rainfall) shower drencher at the push of a button. Benefitting from thermostatic temperature control, the product
helps to maintain a consistent, comfortable water temperature – perfect for safe family showering. In addition to a traditional chrome finish, the
Push Button Bar Diverter is available in an on- trend matt black finish – offering suitability for pared back and more contemporary design schemes alike. A stylish shelf adds to the overall look, providing an ideal location to place shampoos and other shower products. Tina Simpson, Marketing Director at Triton
Showers, comments: “The introduction of the Push Button Bar Diverter to our mixer portfolio is intended to provide customers with an easy-to- use and safe shower, that comes in a visually- striking package. Intuitive controls ensure it offers an effortless experience, and the two distinct options for the finish mean it can slot into virtually any bathroom design.” From an installation perspective, it is worth
noting that Triton’s Push Button Bar Diverter is only suitable for high pressure systems. Its inlet connection is a 15mm push-fit (fixings to pipe) ¾” flat face union (valve to fixings), and it has a ½” BSP outlet connection. Tina concludes: “Now more than ever,
homeowners expect choice – be it in the look of a product, or its functionality. We’ve delivered on both with the Push Button Bar Diverter, thanks to its ability to seamlessly switch between headset and overhead rainfall outlet.”
