Westcon-Comstor Westcon-Comstor has appointed John Nolan as Managing Director, UK & Ireland. John takes over from Antony Byford, who will now act as Vice President in the newly formed Cloud & Collaboration business division. Formerly Sales Director, Westcon UK&I, John’s new role sees him taking over operations for Westcon UK & Ireland, leading a team of over a hundred sales, technical and operational professionals. John has spent the past 17 years at Westcon-Comstor, having


joined the business in 2005, as a Key Account Manager relocating from Dublin.


VAST Data Vijay Mistry has been appointed by VAST Data as Channel Account Manager. Vijay has spent the past 15 years at Cisco,


latterly as a partner account manager. PPDS PPDS has appointed AV specialist, Jae O Choi Park, as its new European Sales Director. Based in PPDS’ Amsterdam head office,


Jae will work with, and report directly to Franck Racape, who has recently been promoted as Head of Global Commercial, to devise and execute an ambitious five- year growth strategy, in which Jae will play a pivotal role. Leading the commercial organisation in


all countries and regional clusters across EMEA – Jae’s key focus will be to support and accelerate growth within these markets, helping to ensure a seamless experience on projects for partners and end customers, from factory floor to installation. Tis includes driving PPDS’ full range of solutions.


Kinly Kinly has promoted Chico Dominguez to vice president of US service and support. In this new role Dominguez will be


responsible for all technical operations and service delivery including installation, fabrication, programming, engineering, project management, and US helpdesk. Based in New Jersey – and reporting


to Kinly’s newly reappointed US managing director, Vel Johnson – Dominguez first joined Kinly as director of operations in 2007, where he was responsible for a team of just 12 people. Before joining Kinly, Dominguez was involved in IT services and support video conferencing facilities at Johnson & Johnson.


Capital Advisors LLP Ion Fratiloiu has joined Channel Capital Advisors LLP (Channel) as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Fratiloiu has more than a decade of


experience in sales and commercial strategy within the finance and fintech sectors. He has previously worked at Deutsche Bank and financial market consulting firm Dealogic. More recently, Fratiloiu held the role of sales director at core banking provider, Tought Machine, where he managed growth across Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East and expansions into higher-growth Tier 1 banks. His latest role was Head of Commercial at Yobota, a next generation core banking and Banking as a Service platform.
