PCR Awards to be presented by sporting world offinando, Suzi Perry!


Things are really hotting up now ahead of the PCR Awards and networking gala dinner, taking place at London’s nostalgic, The Brewery in just a few weeks, on 27th September.


s is customary to the PCR Awards evening and networking event, we can guarantee guests a fantastic evening of fine food fabulous hospitality and memorable entertainment all in honour of celebrating the IT and tech channel’s greatest industry achievers.

So who will be your host for the evening? The PCR team is delighted to announce Suzi Perry as our host, who will be presenting this year’s PCR Awards.


A one-time model and journalist, Suzi Perry was lead presenter for BBC coverage of MotoGP and The British Superbike Championship. She was also host of Channel 5’s Gadget Show for seven years and has danced for Sport Relief on the BBC. She returned to coverage of the top motorcycling competition leading BT Sports’ coverage of MotoGP.


An impeccable pedigree as a pit lane reporter brought about her first big break, on the celebrity biking show, Ridge Riders.


Suzi’s enthusiasm won over the producers, who then offered her a role on City Hospital. She would go on to work on BBC coverage of international sporting events from Wimbledon to the Olympics to the Grand National, and of course MotoGP and F1. She also co-hosted Formula 1 Rewind, a look back at great moments in Grand Prix history with broadcasting great, Murray Walker.


Suzi has worked throughout the male-dominated motorsports arena on two wheels and four. She has also run amok on Treasure Hunt, presented mainstream shows like Lottery on the Spot and co-hosted Superstars with Johnny Vaughan. She was a co-host on Channel 5’s The Gadget Show, and presented Suzi Perry’s Queens of the Road and Invented in London for BBC One.
