Tim Jax Named Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Bakehouse


Legacy Bakehouse, a manufacturer of premium baked snacks, cookies and tortillas, has appointed Tim Jax as CEO as the company enters its next phase of growth. The appointment follows significant


expansion across Legacy’s manufacturing platform, including increased capacity at its Waukesha facility, the addition of a second bakery in Cudahy, Wisconsin, and the 2025 acquisition of Classic Cookie. Jax joins Legacy after serving as CEO of


Crofter’s Organic, where he drove growth across branded, private label and industrial channels during his two-and-a-half-year tenure, culminating in the company’s successful sale in December 2025. With nearly 20 years of CPG leadership


experience, Jax has held senior roles at Pretzels, Inc., TreeHouse Foods and Conagra Brands. He has also previously served on Legacy’s Board of Directors, giving him strong familiarity with the business. “Tim is joining Legacy at a critical point

Canadian dessert café franchise D Spot Dessert Café has appointed Kaan Sayiner as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately, as the brand prepares for its next phase of growth. Sayiner brings more than 30 years of


experience across franchising and food service. He previously served as President of Naan Kabob and Chief Operating Officer at Tahinis Franchising Corp., where he focused on scaling franchise operations, improving business performance and supporting franchise partners. In his new role, Sayiner will lead D Spot’s expansion strategy,

Greggs appoints new CFO as Richard Hutton steps down


As reported by Reuters, UK bakery chain Greggs has announced that Chief Financial Officer Richard Hutton will step down after 28 years with the business. The company has appointed Ben Waldron as his successor, with Waldron joining as CFO-designate and executive director on 27 October before taking over the role in January 2027. Hutton joined Greggs in 1998 after


roles at KPMG and Procter & Gamble, helping oversee the company’s transformation from a traditional bakery into a leading food-on-the-go brand. Waldron brings extensive food industry


experience, having spent more than 14 years at Bakkavor Group, including senior leadership positions as CFO and chief executive of its Asia and US operations. The leadership change comes as


Greggs continues to expand, with sales increasing 7.5% to £800m in the first 19 weeks of the year.


ADM appoints Jeff Rowe as Executive Vice


President and COO ADM has appointed Jeff Rowe as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective 17 August 2026, creating a new leadership role


to support the


company’s growth strategy and operational priorities. Rowe will oversee ADM’s


commercial businesses, global manufacturing and research and development activities, reporting to Chair of the Board and CEO Juan Luciano.


He joins ADM from Syngenta


Group, where he served as CEO from January 2024, leading initiatives focused on sustainable agriculture and technology-driven innovation. Rowe has held a range of senior


leadership roles at Syngenta since 2016, following more than 20 years at DuPont Pioneer across strategy, international operations, biotechnology and regulatory affairs. Luciano said Rowe’s experience in


innovation and operational excellence would strengthen ADM’s leadership team as the company continues to develop new opportunities. Rowe added that he was looking


forward to supporting ADM’s growth strategy, working with its teams globally and creating value for customers and partners. A fifth-generation farmer, Rowe


also brings practical agricultural experience alongside his corporate leadership background.
