TANLEY Security, has launched a new Time & Attendance Systems range, with systems suitable for organisations of all shapes and sizes and for those with remote workers.
With technology advancing at a rapid pace and organisations requiring greater flexibility, STANLEY Security has revamped its Time & Attendance offering to provide more sophisticated solutions that customers can readily adapt to their individual requirements.
A new feature incorporated into the range is a remote clocking-in module, designed to enable customers to monitor and calculate employee working hours remotely. With more staff working from home than ever before, this new module provides valuable assistance in allowing employees to log their working day and calculate their actual working hours from their computer or smartphone. The software also detects staff location via GPS. This new module is available to both existing customers as a system add on, and comes as an option on all of the new systems in the revamped range.
There are four systems in the new STANLEY Security Time & Attendance portfolio: Starter, Professional, Advanced and Enterprise. To ensure all levels of business can benefit from Time & Attendance Systems, STANLEY Security’s Time & Attendance Starter and Professional systems are aimed at organisations with up to 50 employees and 50-100 employees respectively. Easy to use, they come with a clocking terminal and software (plus an Admin Kit for fob programming with the Professional system), with installation, programming for up to five shift patterns and training included in the price. Optional add ons are available, which include payroll extension, extra terminals,pocket
Presence Indicator Panel (PIP) for fire role call and additional shift programming. With Time & Attendance Professional, further modules are available including visitor registration, Bradford Factor reporting to measure the number of absences over any given period, holiday bookings and absence requests through touchscreen terminals, and mobile applications that can be activated on a pay-as-you-go basis. Also aimed at businesses with 50-100 employees, Time & Attendance Advanced consists of a suite of software modules that enable the recording and analysis of key business information, combined with security. It comes with an outdoor fingerprint terminal that provides comprehensive access control and time & attendance features based on the latest biometric technology and security platform. Customers can track absenteeism, highlighting trends and anomalies; calculate standard and overtime hours worked, accommodating rotating or continental shift patterns, flexi-time, part time and annualised hours; track hours worked by mobile workers using the ESS go mobile app; and connect to a fire alarm system to provide a fast and accurate roll-call in the event of a fire.
Last but not least, Time & Attendance Enterprise, aimed at larger organisations with 100+ employees, is STANLEY Security’s top level system. Time and Attendance Enterprise is a time saving and cost-efficient workforce management solution that provides reliable and accurate assistance for HR management and administration. It automatically calculates hours worked, breaks and overtime in real time, ensuring the system is always up to date. It is also able to simplify routine

workforce management tasks such as adapting working times to seasonal requirements, comprehensive holiday planning, absence management, and matching resources to demand, all of which are critical to business efficiency but can be time consuming, costly to manage and a drain on HR resources. Using the employee self-service application, employees are able to make requests for absences, holidays and amend any bookings, all via the web using Time & Attendance Enterprise. Management can then quickly and efficiently pass approval for the request and inform the requestor at the click of a button.
The integrated data analysis available through Time & Attendance Enterprise provides the most diverse statistics. Numerous reports are available, enabling detailed evaluations across different organisational units.
Whatever level is suitable for a particular organisation, all STANLEY Security Time & Attendance systems enable the automatic recording of every type of work pattern and schedule, holidays, breaks, overtime, absences for all employees. This is achieved in real-time, ensuring information is always up to date.
