Its specialist Engineering Plastics technical team is available to advise and work with customers that may need advice or a specific hard- to-find grade, modify engineering plastics materials from their standard range, organise rapid delivery, and develop new solutions as and when they are presented.
Impact Engineering Plastics offers a
comprehensive choice of finishing techniques to meet its customers’ finished components, materials, and tolerances requirements. The company can provide forward stocking against customer call-off schedules for any materials required, which has assisted immensely with some

larger customers which rely on a dependable and reactive supply chain service. Some customers have depended on efficient and cost-saving services, including cutting, grinding, planing, drilling, and boring. Allowing for easier and more secure transport and giving customers a head start in their internal processes. Impact’s stock shapes are broadly classified into three main product categories: Engineering Plastic range, High-Performance Plastic range, and Standards. It also stocks a wide range of other plastics that are available on request. Semi-finished Engineering Plastics can be further processed to meet individual requirements where requested, and all materials are supplied stress-relieved. A more recent introduction to the company’s
offering is its extensive range of engineering plastic sheet and plate, with Acetal Plate up to 100mm PE 1000 Natural plate up to 50mm, PE 1000 sheets up to 3,000mm x 1,250mm, other sizes available on request. This material is available from stock for immediate dispatch.
