Large diameter (38 mm) drive rolls offer more gripping area and provide more pushing force without deforming soft cored and aluminium wires. It handles solid wires up to 2.0 mm and cored wires up to 2.4 mm and feeds wire at speeds of 0.8 to 25.0 m/min.

This is done by monitoring the torque on the mixer's shaft, as it will
move to a steady state (within the characteristics of the given recipe) once fluid uniformity is achieved. Real time process control is vital if food processors are to achieve the
ultimate in product quality. The sensor has to be able to detect the changes with sufficient sensitivity, yet be robust enough for regular wash-downs and general industrial abuse.
