escalating, and after monitoring the situation closely over the last few weeks and consulting with exhibitors and partners Rapid News Group have determined that it is in the best interest of all parties to postpone their Med- Tech Innovation Expo, scheduled for April 1-2 to September. The latest developments have significantly
increased the concerns of participating companies about the health of their employees. Rapid News Group has the same concerns, having health and safety of their exhibitors, visitors, partners and staff as a number one priority. Therefore working in conjunction with the NEC and in close consultation with their exhibitors and
partners, Rapid News Group have rescheduled to 29-30 September 2020 and are confident that these new dates will deliver an excellent alternative timing, offering clarity to exhibitors and visitors. Med-Tech Innovation Expo will now run
alongside Rapid News Group's other highly successful industrial events, Interplas, The UK's No.1 Plastics show and TCT 3Sixty, the UK's event for 3D Printing & Additive Intelligence. Duncan Wood, CEO Rapid News Group
comments: "In unprecedented and extremely fast moving circumstances we have to make a very difficult decision to postpone our event until September. We are aware that this decision will require industry professionals, exhibitors, partners and visitors to reschedule their attendance, which

n a time where we all need to stand together to battle the
debilitating corona virus, Procentec wants to help those who work around the clock to maintain our way of living. For the duration of this corona
crisis, Pieter Barendrecht CEO of Procentec, offers companies that are currently hard at work creating a vaccine or antidote, or companies that are critical to keeping everything running, our newest Diagnostic solution - Osiris as a Software - for free. For us as a company it is
relatively easy to work from home. But for the people who work in the vital industries within our nation,
continent or for that matter the world, it is of the utmost importance to keep all networks running with fewer people then normal and more pressure. Most likely because of colleagues that have fallen ill. Our solution will help them to get
the best remote overview of their networks inside their plants. Notifying in advance if something will break down, preventing unwanted stops of the production process. Please share and forward this
message to all who it may seem relevant, so that we as just a small company may contribute to beating this crisis! For those who are interested,

UKWA POSTPONES FLAGSHIP AWARDS EVENT UNTIL THE AUTUMN I
n the light of the evolving Coronavirus situation, UKWA has announced that its
flagship Annual Lunch & Awards will be postponed until Tuesday 10th November 2020. The event, originally planned for 25th June,
will still be held at London’s prestigious The Dorchester and will as planned feature special guest, veteran broadcaster John Humphrys, who will present the UKWA Excellence Awards. UKWA CEO Peter Ward commented, “Whilst we
hope and expect the immediate crisis to have eased by June, the safety and wellbeing of our team, members, and wider stakeholder community are of prime concern; and by re-scheduling this popular event we can ensure the safety and security of our 500+ guests, with sufficient time to prepare as necessary. We can promise the usual superb entertainment and we are all determined to make this a truly memorable occasion!” Bookings are now open for the revised date,
and guests are encouraged to book early as for the last two years this event has been completely sold out well in advance. According to Peter, the change of date will not
affect the UKWA Awards process, other than to delay the timing. The deadline for entries has been extended to 31st July, and finalists will be announced in September.
