ENHANCED INDUSTRIAL VISIBILITY

fm has announced the launch of its new, freely configurable stackable light tower, designed to provide precise and highly visible status indication for industrial machines and systems. This innovative solution offers users complete flexibility to customise status displays according to their specific operational needs.

The new light tower allows for the combination of up to five different coloured LED segments on a single base module. Available colours include red, yellow, green, blue, and white. The high-intensity LEDs ensure excellent visibility, allowing personnel to identify machine status quickly and accurately, even from a distance. This enhanced visual communication helps to improve response times and operational efficiency on the factory floor. Installation is made simple and secure with an intuitive twist-lock mechanism for mounting the

LED segments. For applications requiring more than just visual alerts, an optional buzzer can be added to the stack to provide clear acoustic signalling, drawing immediate attention to critical situations. The segments are individually controlled via standard digital 24V DC inputs, allowing for straightforward integration into existing control systems.

Built for durability, the stackable light tower boasts an IP65 protection rating, making it a reliable choice for challenging industrial environments where dust and water are present. Versatility is further enhanced by a universal mounting base that can be angled, enabling secure, upright installation on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
