emple Management Training, a premier provider of professional development and apprenticeships, today announced it has been successfully approved as a supplier to deliver two new, high-demand apprenticeship programmes: the Level 3 Fire Safety Advisor and the Level 4 Quality Practitioner. This expansion of Temple’s portfolio directly addresses the growing industry need for certified professionals in the critical fields of health, safety, and quality assurance. The new programmes are designed to equip apprentices with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to excel in their roles and provide immediate value to their employers. The Level 3 Fire Safety Advisor Apprenticeship is tailored for individuals who collaborate with organisations to minimise fire risk in straightforward premises, such as shops, offices, or industrial units with simple layouts. The programme will train advisors to support businesses in maintaining fire-safe premises by providing expert guidance and education. Apprentices will also learn to identify when enforcement action is necessary and take the appropriate steps to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
The Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship is crafted to develop the capability and confidence needed to implement best-in-class Quality practices. Specifically designed for professionals working within a Quality function, it equips individuals with the advanced skills to meet contractual and regulatory obligations while systematically driving continuous improvement in customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Bob Hughes, managing director, comments on the announcement: “This is a brilliant moment for Temple and a significant milestone in our growth. Securing approval for these apprenticeships aligns
