Birmingham – The study found Birmingham had the highest total search demand, generating 12,710 searches related to renovation. Yet, its greater population size positioned it as third in the overall ranking, with a score of 1,073.8 searches per 100,000 residents.
Newcastle – Newcastle secures the fourth position, generating 3,400 renovation searches and a score of 1,060.5 per 100,000 residents. Glasgow – To conclude the top five, Glasgow saw 6,290 searches related to renovation, which translates to 967.2 searches per 100,000 residents. n
