The Big Cheese Poison-Free Rodent Control range
STV has launched The Big Cheese Poison-Free Rodent Control range to meet the growing demand for alternatives to traditional poison baits as a means of ridding homes and gardens of mice and rats.

“But in spite of the growth, consumer concerns persist ,” the Company says. “And our customers are looking for safe and effective solutions that will neither contaminate the environment, nor pose any risk to children and pets in home environments.” This follows on from concerns around wildlife contamination, according to STV, including industry research revealing that almost 90% of all barn owls tested show traces of rodenticide in the livers.
“Risk-Free control of mice and rats,” is what The Big Cheese Poison- Free product range promises as an alternative. The range includes patent pending live-capture trap systems that are built around tried and tested poison-free block bait, which STV claims “is irresistible to mice and rats.” There are products for both indoor and outdoor use, and the seven product micro range is fully supported with informative merchandise displays and POS information to assist householders with product selection. STV is encouraging all hardware and garden stockists of The Big Cheese range to support its new development with listings, and to provide their customers with a safe and effective alternative to poison baits. “Support The Big Cheese ~ work towards a poison-free future,” the company says.
