QUALITY AND SERVICE OPEN THE DOOR TO JOINERY SALES

o builder or joiner wants to be called back to a customer’s house more times than can be avoided. That does nothing for their reputation, neither does it help that of the product, the brand or the merchant the item was supplied by. No question over quality It’s crucial for merchants to not only consider ease of fit for its customers, but also the quality of the products on offer. By offering premium quality timber doors, merchants will be able to build a trusting relationship with the builder and encourage future business. Abraham says that a using high-quality timber door will boast both good acoustic and thermal efficiencies ,thanks to the product’s solid core; two aspects that are key when fitting a new door. “Offering both style, and quality, our new Palermo range has sound and heat insulation as well as multiple style options and various price points, making it the ideal solution for an internal door,” he adds.

Minimal maintenance Merchants should recommend products that require less work for the end-user, Abraham adds. “Therefore, products that offer minimal


maintenance are the perfect solution. Timber doors only need finishing every one to two years, making them the ideal recommendation for any style of project.


“What’s more, should a timber door become damaged, it’s very simple to repair - a quick sanding and refinishing can quickly and easily conceal any damage. By opting for a timber product at a slightly higher price point, purchasers can guarantee a high- quality entrance door that will withstand the test of time.”
