HEAD OF FULFILMENT Bounds Green, North London From £65,000 to £75,000 per annum

We are seeking a well driven, enthusiastic and analytically minded individual to help develop and implement multichannel fulfilment options for the business.
The role itself will present you with a fantastic and unrivalled opportunity with a lot of autonomy to build and oversee something special and unique with ambitions to become industry leading.
The main roles and responsibilities include: • The development of procedures and KPIs. • Effective oversight of a team of Transport Managers. • Help set-up and manage a successful network of external fulfilment options and warehouses to improve nationwide lead times, route to market and reduced overheads per delivery. • Adopt a more software led approach to better improve efficiencies, communications and customer satisfaction. • Implement and manage KPI metrics to continually build and drive positive standards and efficiencies. • Communicate regularly with other key business stakeholders to ensure common goals are aligned. • Oversee the relationships and negotiations, including implementing minimum service level agreements, with all 3rd party logistics partners and drop shippers.
• Play a key role in shaping the longer-term strategy, company-wide decisions and direction.
To be considered for the job you must possess: • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a senior logistics post
• A wealth of experience in both management and logistics • High levels of IT proficiency • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrate a history of trying to improve processes and systems in previous workplaces
• Strong commercial awareness
