AADUK Training Academy has launched with state-of-the-art training facilities, qualified trainers along with SQA and CITB approval, the NAADUK Training Academy team are delighted to welcome students from across the UK and worldwide. With all courses offered being aligned to the National Occupational Standard, we ensure that the highest levels of training are achieved for each unit giving all trainees the knowledge to complete their duties to the highest standard. For the construction and maintenance industry it is necessary to prove the competency of the workforce but also ensure the works completed are compliant with current requirements. Health & safety legislation, insurance providers and building regulations demand ever increasing standards and it is imperative that you protect yourselves, your workforce and the public. By joining the NAADUK Training Academy, all students will be trained to the highest professional standards ensuring competence and compliance at all levels.

NAAADUK Training Academy will be delivering a range of courses suited to the ventilation industry. Offering an in-depth understanding of what it takes to lead students towards competence and compliance. The academy is initially offering two courses, SVQ Level Two in Heating and Ventilating Ductwork Installation alongside SVQ Level Three Heating and Ventilating Ductwork Planning & Installation, with future courses being planned for the near future. Horan said that 'having the opportunity to provide personalised tuition to both the established technicians in the industry, and to shape the future workforce will give them opportunities that were lacking when I was on the tools and just starting out in this vital sector. We are delighted to have the support of the wider NAADUK membership on this journey and will allow for a wider knoweldge base and support, that we all need'.
