These have to include achieving the impossible in HVAC, satisfying the impossible and comfortably controlling the working conditions for all the workforce all of the time.


I was recently told that current air conditioning systems never operate above 80% of their capacity despite the spikes in our summer climate. Pre-empting the internal heat gain loads prior to the construction phase has to be the big challenge for the designers.
