generation Silent+ Mini Lime operates at only 16dB(A), which makes it one of the quietest and most versatile elbow pumps available.
Since the Silent+ Mini Lime only pumps when needed, motor noise is reduced, as well as off ering cost and energy-saving benefi ts, in addition to a longer motor life. Utilising the same technology as Aspen’s Silent+ Mini White, the Silent+ Mini Lime features intelligent variable speed demand control with the pump dynamically adapting to its environment, reducing the fl ow to the minimum required, and using 10 times less energy than its predecessor. This is enabled by an electronic fl oat switch that provides more precise control and improved reliability than mechanical alternatives and is ideal for integrating with digital control systems.
Designed to be simpler and faster to install, the new Silent+ Mini Lime pump has fewer parts to connect since there is no longer a need for a damper, anti-siphon, buttons or lights. Perfect for replacement installations, it provides backwards compatible plug and play. Delivering a powerful fl ow rate of 40L/h, around four times the performance of a piston-based mini pump, as well as boasting a larger tank and head capability, makes it suitable for a wider range of applications, including high wall split systems. Samsung Electronics Air Conditioner Europe (SEACE) has launched the DVM S Mini R32. This heating and cooling solution comes with R32 refrigerant with a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared to the previous refrigerant R410A. The DVM S Mini R32 integrates the latest technologies like Active AI functionality and it’s compatible with building management software
b.IoT. The safety devices integrated guarantee maximum fl exibility with the IEC 60335-2-40 standard. The outdoor unit is equipped with a shut-off valve and battery pack, while the indoor unit features a built-in R32 refrigerant leak detect sensor. The wireless remote controller has an audible and visible alarm system to alert users in the event of leakage. The Durafi n Ultra technology shields the heat exchanger with a dual-layer defence: an epoxy acrylic anti-corrosive layer coupled with a hydrophilic acrylic resin layer. This repels water and prevents corrosion from forming on the heat exchanger, to maintain optimal performance and effi ciency. This has been validated by a 10,000- hour Salt Spray Test (SST), in which the DVM S Mini stood as a testament to enduring quality, with zero refrigerant leakage. The DVM S Mini R32 features a small footprint and is light weight, which makes it an ideal fi t for residential and light commercial environments. Additionally, the quiet operation during the night creates an environment with a reduced noise level of 3-7 dB(A). With additional support provided through the Silent Mode function At the heart of its innovation is Active AI. One of the features is AI Refrigerant Analysis, which harnesses the power of deep learning to monitor and analyse operational data in real-time. The system proactively alerts its users if a discrepancy occurs and it will, for example, send an error message if the amount of refrigerant might be running low. Furthermore, the system is equipped with AI Pressure Control, which learns usage patterns from recent operations and the surrounding conditions. This way the DVM S Mini R32 proactively creates the optimal environment to suit users’ general preferences.
Building on this foundation of Active AI, the DVM S Mini R32 enhances user experience with a Wi-Fi-enabled control. Each indoor cassette unit comes equipped with a factory-integrated Wi-Fi kit (MIM-H14EN) allowing for eff ortless management through the intuitive SmartThings App. This integrated feature eliminates the need for additional purchases and streamlines installation.
