We are also proud to offer further added value to our customers with preferential rates on vending equipment. Supported by modern logistics and a motivated team, we deliver a service that keeps customers fully stocked, competitive, and ready to meet evolving market demands.

What are the latest developments at Templeman? Our relocation to a new 204,000ft2 headquarters in Cramlington, Northumberland marks a significant milestone in the ongoing evolution of our business. This major investment has created a purpose-designed facility centred on operational efficiency, capacity, and the welfare of our people. With modern warehousing, enhanced logistics capability, and upgraded office and welfare environments, we have strengthened every element of our supply operation. The expansion is supported by a growing delivery fleet that ensures greater reach and improved service levels nationwide. This new chapter positions us for sustained growth, enabling us to continue offering outstanding value and service to our customers while reaffirming our long-term commitment to investment, innovation, and operational excellence.

How are customer demands changing and how is this driving how the company is developing? The vending and unattended retail sectors are undergoing dynamic change, shaped by evolving consumer preferences, rising operational costs, and an increased focus on value and convenience. Our customers now expect more from their wholesale partner — greater flexibility, an evolving product range, and consistently competitive pricing. In response, we have broadened our portfolio to include a more diverse mix of healthier, on-the-go, and time-of-day focused ranges, while maintaining strong listings of core, bestselling products. At the same time, we continue to invest in infrastructure, technology, and supply chain partnerships to enhance efficiency and responsiveness. This adaptive approach ensures we remain aligned with our customers’ evolving needs, enabling them to thrive in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving market.

How does the future look for your business? The future of our business is defined by growth, innovation, and partnership. As a young second-generation family company, we are committed to building upon our strong foundations while embracing new opportunities within the vending and automated retail sectors. Our strategy focuses on sustainable scaling through investment in people, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring we remain agile and forward-thinking. We will continue to grow a refined product portfolio to reflect consumer and market trends, while nurturing long-term relationships across the supply chain. We extend a warm invitation to existing and new customers and suppliers to contact us to explore all opportunities that will strengthen longstanding partnerships or open doors to new, enduring relationships. Our founding principle of “fair deals for vending” continues to guide our journey as we look ahead with confidence and ambition.
