with bi-directional communication. These machines can be managed remotely via laptop or mobile phone or directly onscreen. Remote management means for example that target temperature


and portion sizes can be changed. There are alerts based on actual real-time usage for filter and CO2 canister replacement and reminders when a flush or periodic maintenance is due to help plan servicing visits. When required, technicians can connect to run a diagnostic and servicing check at any time and also perform any interventions remotely for quick, efficient, non-intrusive, low ecological impact servicing.
