In case you missed it…

Despite the restrictions placed on everyone by the pandemic, the major brands and manufacturers have not been idle during lockdown. Hoover Hoover launched two new steam cleaners over the summer, providing 100 per cent chemical-free cleaning in the home. Ideal for a time when the nation is uber- conscious of personal hygiene, the new Steam Capsules can deep-clean without the need for chemicals and detergents.

Both models come with adjustable steam

control, giving variable cleaning power for different surfaces and materials.

They also feature low profile, multi-use floor

SDA, said: “Our new Steam Capsules provide a way to clean thoroughly without damaging the environment.

“Both models have been optimised to provide the ultimate cleaning experience in a natural and simple way, so there’s never been a better time to invest in products to keep the home extra clean.” Both Hoover Steam Capsules come with a 7m

cord and are adaptable to suit a variety of different floor types. The company also announced the launch of a

new handheld model perfect for ‘grab and go’ spot cleaning at home or in the car. The Hoover H-HANDY 700 is a compact, stylish and lightweight cordless vacuum offering ultra- powerful cleaning and is lighter than a loaf of bread. Hoover will also be launching a number of accessories to extend the product’s capabilities beyond vacuuming dust and debris. More details on this will be announced late 2020/early 2021.
