City Electrical Factors, or CEF, took home both the Best Training Provider and Best Wholesaler Website awards. National Ventilation received the award for Best Customer Service - Brand. Christian Rehn commented: “We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our customers. We are therefore delighted to receive this prestigious industry recognition which has been voted for by our customers and we would like to thank all those who voted. It takes a whole team to make this possible, from our customer service team to our sales managers, design and technical teams, operations and dispatch.”


Wiska UK was delighted to receive both the Best Industry Initiative trophy, for its TriShot Cable Gland, and the penultimate accolade of the day, Best Overall Brand. Elliott Rothon said: “The recognition of TriShot for its sustainability and innovation is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication. Winning Best Overall Brand is a huge honour and reflects the trust and loyalty of our customers and partners.”

The final category was the Outstanding Contribution Award, with the winner chosen specifically by the EW Awards wholesaler panel. This award went to someone in the industry who has spent their career ensuring that the welfare and betterment of all in the electrical sector is made a priority, championing mental health and empowering individuals to seek out help when they need it. This year’s winner was Grace Ellis, director of Welfare at the Electrical Industries Charity.


She said: “With so many wonderful and talented individuals within


our industry, this recognition is particularly special and really does mean the world to me. It is so humbling to be acknowledged but it is important for me to note that I couldn’t have achieved the impact this award signifies without my wonderful team. Their dedication to our mission, their creativity, and undying support have been instrumental in everything we’ve accomplished in assisting our industry members in need.”
