Rochester Electronics launches Through Life Support 360™ (TLS360™) to extend semiconductor lifecycle confidence

New lifecycle assurance programme helps customers maintain long-term access to critical semiconductor components beyond traditional end-of-life timelines

ochester Electronics, a world- leading provider of semiconductor lifecycle solutions, has announced the launch of Through Life Support 360™ (TLS360™), a new lifecycle assurance programme designed to help customers manage semiconductor availability challenges and extend the operational life of mission-critical systems. As semiconductor product lifecycles continue to shorten, many industries face increasing challenges in maintaining long-term support for systems that require extended availability, reliability, and qualification stability. TLS360 provides a structured approach to lifecycle management, enabling selected semiconductor product families to remain Active beyond standard end-of-life (EOL) timelines.

“Through Life Support 360 represents the next evolution in semiconductor lifecycle assurance,” said Colin Strother, VP, Rochester Electronics. “By providing customers with greater visibility, confidence, and continuity, TLS360 helps protect critical designs from unexpected obsolescence risks while avoiding costly redesign and requalification efforts.” TLS360 delivers: ● Authorised supply continuity – supporting customers with a trusted, fully authorised source for critical semiconductor components. ● Defined lifecycle horizons – providing greater visibility into product availability and long-term support planning. ● Transparent lifecycle management – enabling informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle in alignment with industry standards, including JEDEC guidelines. Designed for industries where product longevity and reliability are essential, TLS360 supports applications requiring extended operational lifecycles, including aerospace,

defence, industrial, transportation, medical, and other mission-critical markets. Products designated under TLS360 remain 100 per cent authorised and are managed in alignment with publicly available lifecycle definitions and change notification practices published by JEDEC. This includes documented change control and clearly defined lifecycle transitions.

TLS360 applies to select design anchor product families from manufacturers including Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, NXP, and Infineon, with additional coverage added as authorised programs expand. Each covered part number is assigned a defined lifecycle horizon – Micro, Mid, or Max – providing clear planning signals for how long Rochester intends to maintain Active status and lifecycle governance beyond the manufacturer’s native roadmap. Lifecycle horizon determinations under TLS360 are supported by agentic artificial intelligence systems

that analyse authorised supplier data, historical lifecycle patterns, inventory signals, manufacturing status, and change notification inputs. These AI assisted analyses augment Rochester Electronics’ formal governance processes, providing objective, repeatable insights to help inform lifecycle classification and planning, while final lifecycle decisions remain under human review and control. As a 100 per cent authorised semiconductor manufacturer and distributor, Rochester Electronics works directly with leading semiconductor manufacturers to provide traceable, certified, and reliable lifecycle solutions. With more than 15 billion devices in stock, over 200,000-part numbers, and licensed manufacturing capabilities, Rochester helps customers maintain continuity when traditional semiconductor supply channels no longer meet long-term requirements.
