How do we safeguard palletisers in the workplace?


Palletisers and depalletisers are some of the most widespread machine types in manufacturing and serious injuries occur on them each year, and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) outlines safety principles for them, which state that danger zones must be protected, including the guarding of machine entry or exit points, says Paul Taylor, head of Industrial Products (UK) at TÜV SÜD
