i.MX8 multi-core ARM processor family. The ARM Cortex-A53/A72 based conga-SMX8 represents the new flagship module for ultra-low-power embedded computer designs, offering the recent best-in-class ARM processor with excellent performance, flexible graphics and numerous embedded features for all kind of IIoT applications. It provides high-performance multi-core computing along with extended graphics capabilities for up to three independent 1080p displays or a single 4K screen. Further benefits of this native industrial-grade platform include hardware-based real-time and hypervisor support along with broad scalability as well as resistance against harsh environments and extended temperature ranges. All these features make the SMARC 2.0 module meet the recent performance and feature set needs for low power embedded, industrial and IoT applications as well as the new mobility sector.

Wide range of mounting options The new DG11 is available for almost every mounting variant with snap or screw mounting. The latter can be done in front mount or rear mount version. In addition, holes for the screws are available in either a vertical or horizontal arrangement.
TA35: wide assortment The DG11 includes a 2 pole TA35 circuit breaker which provides the function of a device switch as well as thermal overcurrent protection. The thermal overprotection can be done with bimetal mechanism for only one or two poles and is available in finely graduated rated currents from 0.05 A to 20 A. The rocker switch is available illuminated or unilluminated in a variety of colors and markings.
IP Protection In addition to the IP 40 protection in all versions, the DG11 is available in a version with IP 67 opposite the device. The use of the device in harsh dust or splash water environments is ensured by a protective cover for the circuit breaker as well as sealing beads and four sealing screws for tight fastening of the base.
Cord retention The V-Lock cord retention system can be plugged in to IEC 60320 at 10 A and 16 A. With the V-Lock system the power connector is equipped with a latch that interlocks with a special notch in the inlet and thus reliably prevents the cord from being pulled out.

ETCASE has launched a new extra-deep 24” version of its bestselling COMBIMET 19” enclosures which are
perfect for server rack type applications. The new cases are 610 mm (24”) deep – significantly deeper than the existing standard depths of 265 and 365 mm. The new depth is suitable for deep 19” racks, for example 1,000 mm. All COMBIMET enclosures offer complete access to the
PCBs: the top, base and rear panels are removable. The top and base can be specified as either vented or unvented. Other features include ergonomic front panel handles and mounting holes for PCBs and chassis. M4 earth studs on all components ensure electrical continuity. The new models are available in all heights from 1U to
6U and are painted in black, RAL 9005. The front panels are also in black. Cases are supplied fully assembled. Prices for the new models start at £120. All COMBIMET cases can also be supplied fully customised to individual requirements.
