The multidimensional SpaceMouse Module
allows you to control six axes intuitively and precisely with a single hand. Its flexibility means it is suitable for both robot-based surgical procedures and operating inspection systems for pipe networks. On industrial robots, however, the SpaceMouse Module is used for programming. The TRY20 is also ideal for multi-axis applications. Thanks to its low profile of
just 21mm, the joystick can be easily integrated into multi-axis setups via a panel and controlled with the thumb. Meanwhile, the rotatable knob enables intuitive finger operation of the Z-axis. Contactless Hall sensor technology guarantees very high signal quality for precise navigation. The TRY20 is also available as a finger joystick (TRY21): in the centre position, the knob protrudes only
41mm above the panel. This is said to make it the lowest-profile three-axis finger joystick available. The robust miniature, heavy-duty, 844 joystick is suitable for use in industrial or harsh
environments. With a minimum installation depth of less than 20mm, this has an omnidirectional metal mechanism that features a ball-and-socket joint that dissipates shaft forces. This design is highly resistant to vertical impacts of up to 400N and, thanks to its internal magnetic shielding, the joystick offers high ESD and EMC resistance. Also available is the TRY100 finger joystick, designed for precise operation of multi-axis
applications with a low operating force. This has an optional USB interface, enabling the joystick to be easily integrated into applications.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use,
these are available in two designs – Point and Tower – and feature a choice of three or seven colours, depending on the version. Various light animation sequences such as flashing and colour changes enable flexible adaptation to different signalling tasks, such as machines, automated guided vehicle systems (AGVSs), and service robots, the company explains. The lights are connected via a 5-position,
A-coded M12 connector and controlled with 24 V DC via 4-bit switching. Mounting is simple with the M22 installation opening. With IP66, IP67, IP69, IP6K9K and UL
Type 4/4X degrees of protection, and a wide temperature range of -40 to +70˚C, the lights are also suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
