An 8-axis variant of Kollmorgen’s PCMM2G programmable motion controller has expanded the company’s Essentials portfolio. This coincides with the release of a new high-voltage servo drive with support for 240–480 VAC up to 4 kW. Available from INMOCO, the compact controller provides the same


performance and integration capabilities of Kollmorgen’s original PCMM2G while providing a price point scaled for lower-axis-count applications. The ThruSight-Theta Continuous Rotation Rotary Stage, part of the ALIO Industries product line, is an ultra-low-profile stage engineered for high-precision motion applications. Released by Allient, this features axial flux technology in an ironless

The system also integrates with the wider Kollmorgen Automation Suite, which adds hardware and software to create a complete automation solution, including external supervisory control and system programming.
