Endress+Hauser portal without full integration, possibilities now exist that were not available in the past. Thanks to the creation of a so-called master data connector with Netilion Connect in the background, for the first time it is possible to exchange data from Netilion directly with the respective SAP database fields.
ADDED VALUE WITH REPLACEMENT PARTS ORDERING AND DAILY OPERATION
By synchronising the databases, as well as users automatically receiving access to the most recent documents and certificates, the ordering of replacement parts is optimised. Maintenance staff typically go to the website of the instrument manufacturer when searching for suitable replacement parts. Many inquiries are even carried out over the phone.
