Dawson Shanahan invests in new machines to meet demand D


awson Shanahan, the leading specialist in precision engineering and cold forming, is continuing to expand


its UK production facilities with the installation of two further Citizen machines. The L20-VIII and the new L32-VIII are high precision CNC lathes which are both flexible and versatile enough to meet high production demands. The new machines are part of an on-going programme of


investment and expansion, which underpins Dawson Shanahan’s long-term goal to grow organically by at least 15% year on year. Joint Managing Director, Les Reeves, commented, “Our customers have always been impressed with the


quality of output from our existing Citizen machine and we’ve been equally impressed with its reliability and precision. With these new Citizens and further technology coming through later this year, we are well on the way to meet growing business demand.”
