WELCOME W
elcome to the November edition of Electrical
Engineering! This month, I had the exciting opportunity to travel to Munich, Germany, to attend
Electronica. I was graciously invited by Onsemi, Nexperia, Itech, KIOXIA, Mouser, Parker Chromerics, and Analog Devices to connect with industry experts and learn about the latest technological
advancements shaping the market. It was truly fascinating to engage with professionals from across the field and discuss their upcoming products and plans for 2025.

I also had the privilege of attending the Electronics Industry Awards, where I had the pleasure of seeing many of you nominated, or even winning, prestigious awards in recognition of
your hard work and contributions to the industry this year. Congratulations to all of you! In this issue, I’m excited to share all the highlights from our features this month with a special focus on Electric Vehicles, one of my favourite topics to cover. Electric Vehicle sales in the UK, have continued to rise, even as the overall vehicle market experiences a decline. Increased consumer demand, government incentives and growing environmental awareness are driving this trend. Electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming a key part of the transition to greener transportation, supporting sustainability efforts. I hope you find the coverage of our features this month both informative and engaging!
Enjoy.
