IT’S TIME TO PULL THE PLUG

Palantir’s contract with NHS England is up for renewal in February 2027. Those of us who serve, love, use and want the NHS to be the best it can be, continue to fight against the use of Palantir’s technology.

We are calling on the UK government to:

■ Terminate Palantir’s 330 million NHS contract at or before its review date in February 2027

■ Responsibly divest public sector institutions from Palantir, ending the use of public funds to contract the company

■ Introduce binding ethical standards for public sector technology procurement, ensuring the NHS cannot partner with companies linked to crimes under international law

BUILDING RESISTANCE IN FEBRUARY 2026,

the British Medical Association (BMA) announced it will tell doctors to limit engagement with the FDP because of its links with Palantir.

IN MARCH 2026,

New York City’s public hospital system announced that it would not be renewing its contract with Palantir.

IN MAY 2026,

the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) blocked a £25.3m deal between the Met and Palantir UK.

IN JUNE 2026,

the cross-party House of Commons Science, Innovation and Technology Committee called for the government to terminate NHS England’s contract with Palantir

The Science, Innovation and Technology Committee is absolutely right to call for Palantir’s contract with the NHS to be terminated. The Government must act now – terminating its contracts with Palantir and removing the company from every corner of public life – including from our NHS, the Ministry of Defence, and British policing.

Kristyan Benedict, Amnesty International UK’s Crisis Response Manager ” JOIN OUR CAMPAIGN TO SAY NO TO PALANTIR IN OUR NHS

Amnesty is campaigning for all NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICB) to refuse to use Palantir’s technology.

With enough resistance at the local level, we can ensure that NHS England ends its partnership with Palantir, but this can only be done by building strong local campaigns and power in communities.
