4 THE BIG PICTURE Spotlight on the event venue: the beautiful Titanic Hotel Liverpool
his year’s event program centers around the acronym HEART: H for humanity, E for environment, A for AI and automation, R for responsibility, and T for togetherness. Trough this, we aim to step into each area of our lives, taking
responsibility as trendsetting and policy-setting people to better serve our planet through our industry, collectively, as part of FCSI. We want to get to that human touch, bringing like-minded people together under one roof. We’re covering everything from Liverpool’s rich history and food culture to AI and
automation, discussions on the environment and sustainability, that will include brilliant speakers, and much more. I’m excited about the opportunities for everyone to learn new ideas, methods of working and more innovative approaches to foodservice and hospitality. What Liverpool brings to the table is the old and the new. We have an agenda full
of discussions on sustainability, progressive ecology and evolution, and we’ll be in this great city that has been rejuvenated in many respects, with some of the country’s oldest buildings just minutes from one of the newest, most impressive Premier League football stadiums. Te Titanic Hotel and conference venue will deliver a “wow” factor, with high-level service and great staff who really embody the Liverpudlian spirit. Tis isn’t a conference of boardroom meetings. We will also be exploring the area, to get a taste of the real city of Liverpool. As FCSI, we live by our mantra of sharing, supporting, and inspiring one another,
