partnerships with its clients rather than off er a ‘paid-for service’. To demonstrate this, the logistics specialist’s new ‘People Campaign’
celebrates its colleagues and the value they bring to its industry-leading services, which makes Rhenus diff erent from other contract logistics providers. To mark the launch of the campaign, Rhenus invited its employees
from all sectors of the business to take part in a photo and video shoot, which illustrates a more human side of logistics, putting personality at the forefront of the campaign. Out of a high number of applicants from across all four warehouses, 12 were selected as models for the day, representing the diverse nature of employees within the business. Both offi ce and warehouse-based workers with a range of roles and
responsibilities were photographed and videoed, from those working in warehouse operations and administration, to those in customer services and value-added services, human resources and site security. Each employee was able to showcase their personality and love for
their work and the role they play in the supply chain. Kerry Delaney, Managing Director at Rhenus Warehousing Solutions
Lutterworth, said: “Our employees are our greatest asset. People at Rhenus take pride in what they do, and it shows in the service we provide to our customers. From our offi ce team to warehouse team, everyone is highly talented, motivated, committed and passionate. T ey undertake their work and treat clients’ products with the utmost care, and it’s thanks to them we’ve gained so much success as a business. At Rhenus, it’s important to us to add a personal touch to logistics – an industry which is, more often than not, associated with machinery rather than people. Our USP is our team, it’s they who give us a competitive edge, and we’re so excited to be celebrating the talented individuals who work hard behind the scenes.
