companies, particularly in AI, are increasingly calling areas along the arc their home. A further boost is the announcement that Universal Studios is

calendar mainstay

Premium workspace and serviced office Challenge House is introducing its dynamic Social Circle event format to the business community in Milton Keynes. The launch of Social Circle MK follows two years of successful

events at Landmark’s Leicester locations, which have included talks on topics as varied as commercial finance, social media and DEI initiatives. It is hoped that the events will become an equally important part of the local business calendar, creating a similarly insightful space for the Bletchley and Milton Keynes business community. Challenge House, operated by family-run business Landmark

Property Solutions, is located in Bletchley and the speaker at the inaugural event on May 14 will be, appropriately, Iain Standen, CEO of Bletchley Park. He will deliver his talk to guests from a wide variety of industries, who will also have an opportunity during the event to mingle and network. T e event is designed to be a celebration of the Bletchley and Milton Keynes business community, sparking insightful conversations and providing practical takeaways. It is hoped that Social Circle MK events will help to promote Bletchley to potential

investors, as well as foster a sense of

community and camaraderie among local businesses. With its strategic position within the Oxford-Cambridge arc and legacy of technological innovation, the area has a wealth of established businesses and a burgeoning start-up scene doing innovative and amazing work. Navraj Johal, Chief Marketing Offi cer for Landmark, said: “We

really want these events to uplift the local business community. Bletchley and Milton Keynes are such dynamic areas of the country and it’s our job to celebrate that by focussing on diff erent industries and providing a space in which businesspeople can connect and build together.” T e area is poised for an economic supercharge in the coming

years with the Government announcing investment plans to help bolster the Oxford-Cambridge arc, which includes Bletchley and Milton Keynes. It’s estimated that the arc will generate up to £78bn by 2035, with the new transport links and other investment helping to foster this growth. Furthermore, growing technology

planning to open a new theme park in Bedfordshire, supporting an additional 28,000 jobs during construction and adding an estimated £50bn to the area’s economy. “We’d love to play any small role we can in supporting that

project,” added Navraj. “Any business looking to locate themselves in the area in order to work on it would be welcome at Challenge House. Our extensive facilities mean we have a lot to offer businesses of all sizes, and we’re excited to be part of the economic advancement of the region.” T e recently renovated building boasts meeting rooms, private

offi ces, coworking spaces, a podcast studio, and even a concierge service, illustrating Landmark and Challenge House’s care for tenants and the quality of the experience. Features such as ergonomic furniture and elevated interior design have cultivated a professional yet premium feel to the offi ce that has attracted clients including KPMG and Zoho. T is care and attention is part of the reason Landmark recently

won the Silver Award for the Family Business of the Year in the SME Buckinghamshire Awards, a feat it has now repeated two years in a row. Navraj said: “All of this investment into the building is about

providing a positive space for business to thrive. As a family business, we know what it means to people to have their businesses succeed and we want to foster more success in any way we can. Both Challenge House itself and Social Circle MK are vital parts of that.”
