At Lake Gibson Village we have learned through collective experience that knowledge is power, purpose is critical and partnering changes everything! Our care approach focuses on relationships, ability and personal preference.


Our Care starts with believing that quality of life is rooted in relationships. Rather than practicing prescriptive and task driven care, our approach is warm, responsive and collaborative. Our friendly care partners help ensure our residents and families are listened to, understood and valued.


Living Well.


Our assessments and care planning are wholistic and done with intention and a commitment to the human spirit. Each resident’s Health and Wellness Assessment includes not only medication management and/or hands on support services, but equally important to our community team is the maintenance and improvement of independence and social, emotional, and spiritual needs.


Our team understands that a person craves more than bingo and parties to live well and be fulfi lled. Care planning includes guidance and assistance determined by collaborative discussions and the individual wants and needs of each resident.
