On Friday the children spent the morning preparing fruit punch, scones, cucumber sandwiches and bunting ready for the after noon’s street party. DEVASTATED friends have paid moving tributes to a “popular” and “always smiling” teenager killed in a
horror crash. ■ Georgina Collinson (19), of Dutton,
near Ribchester, lost control of her Peu geot 206 and crashed into a wall on Lower Road, Longridge. She was cut from the wreckage by fire
fighters, but was pronounced dead at the ’ scene. Her distraught friends have been leaving floral tributes at the scene of the accident, which happened at 11-15 p.m. last Wednesdav.
