Couple's key role at World Sheep Dog Trials

Trawden Sheepdog Society for 25 years, while John is the treasurer. He was chairman when the English National was held at Kirkby Lons dale in 2006 and Carol was secretary. The couple have also
helped at several other national and international tri als. John has represented his country on three occasions. He was also seventh in the supreme championship at the Mostyn International. A total of 240 handlers and

A HIDDEN camera is capturing unedited footage of a pair of hen harriers raising their four chicks in the Forest of Bowland.

up to capture all the action on the nest, which is on the United Utilities estate in the Forest of Bowland, which is a protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bowland Visitor’s Centre

the hen harriers on camera can be viewed seven days a week at the Bowland Visi tor Centre on Beacon Fell Country Park near Preston. Viewing is possible from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m; every day."
