WHETHER living indoors or outdoors this summer, it could be time to take a second look at your surroundings.

Why wait until the grey days of winter to make those long-awaited changes to your home?

If your decorations seem tired, your furniture worn, your kitchen is old hat, your garden needs improving or space is at a premium, the next few weeks could be the perfect time to make a difference.

From strong pastels, to deep warm pink and mauve, smoky greys and hues of moody blue, there is a coloiur for everyone this smnmer. Toffee and gold colours are definitely in, while furniture can be fim and fimky as well as practical. And when it comes to kitchens - smooth lines, wonderful woods and pastel colours are

the key.

More and more people are opting for the contemporary look. Clutter is out and style chic very definitely in! And if you want advice on how to make the most of your space, then ask an expert.

Gardens should be at their best and awash with colour. If yoims is looking distinctly uninviting, then think again about what you want from your outside. Gardens no longer need to equate with hours of back-breaking mowing and growing! Pots and tubs come in all colours, shapes and sizes and are easy to maintain, but could need more regular watering dependant on their fabric. Garden

centres are full of ideas for introducing texture such as paths and permanent features, with a huge variety

of paving, pebbles and decking.

Summer is certainly here, so now is the time to grab yourself an outdoor furniture bargain. With more and more people utilising outdoor space, items such as patio heaters and large barbecues have dipped in price as more options become available.

Summer is here. :W as.;. 'irrip' V

Make the most of the next few months whether inside or out.
