ENTRIES this year for West Bradford annual show were up by over 50 compared to last year. The standard of exhibits was excellent and this was reflected in the judges' comments. A steady stream of visi tors attended during the day to make this a
very successful event. Chairman of the village
hall committee Mr David Sharp thanked the playing field committee for staging the event and introduced Coun. Mrs Gwen Pye, who presented trophies to the
winners. The sports day was held
concurrently and an enjoy able afternoon was had by all the children and adults who took part in the various races, while the weather was
dry and warm. Pictured are Coun. Mrs
Gwen Pye (centre) and the West Bradford trophy win ners. 1
