altered to introduce SE, SE Sport and SE Executive Sport to the line

ple.The management buy-out from retiring chairman Robert Jackson was orchestrated by new chairman and managing director Richard Haytack, who now boasts a 73%
stake in Homers. Mr Haytack (40) has been with Homers
for 14 years, the past eight as group manag
ing director. His fellow shareholders are: John Kerr,
HE Homers Motor Group, which has Rover and Fiat dealerships in Burnley, has
principal at the Eccles branch. A well-respected figure in the motor
trade, Mr Haytack has made his mark through a combination of entrepreneurial flair and innovation. He is quick to point out that he intends that Homers' tradition of first class service will remain firmly
unchanged. “The management buy-out gives us the
opportunity to follow through with further innovative expansion plans to be supported with an increase in jobs at all three of Homers outlets,” said Mr Haytack. The buy-out has the full support of Rover,
MG, Fiat and Rover Financial Services. O Homers is offering free test drives of
the new Rover 45 at a special Rover 25 and 45 weekend being held at its dealership in Accrington Road, Burnley, on Saturday and
Sunday. Prices for the Rover 45 range from
£11,995 for five-door models to the top-of- the-range V6 four-door saloon at £18,995.
