adults as they covered the eight-mi le route from Edisford car park, t h r o u g h M i t t o n to Whalley and then back through Barrow to fin­ ish at the Royal British Legion Club on Whai-

course, entrants were


rewarded with a certifi­ cate and hot soup and


rolls, their thanks for raising an estimated


£500 to £600 fo r club funds. Over the last two


years members have raised £1,400, funds w h i c h h a v e b e e n
