They visited a weaver’s cot­ tage and had a tour of a work­ ing mill. .This was followed by an enjoyable lunch and time to browse round the Bubble Factory before leaving for home. Her talk was most fascinating and was, as the title said — flattening old wills. She explained there were .25 groups in the country who volunteered for the task of unfolding wills dated from 1548 to 1858,;. when all wills were the property of the church.
