SOUNDING OUT THE OPTIONS


Dolby Surround Sound. Early surround sound televisions incorporated this very basic surround sound affect. T h ey do not use the additional Pro-Logic

Many programmes now being made for television and satellite carry this pro­ logic sound track. Video recordings can also contain the special sound track, just look for the Dolby Surround symbol on the label. (You will need a Hi-Fi NICAM video recorder like the Panasonic NVHD100 to play-back the Dolbv Pro-Logic sound-track.)


HOW DO I GET DOLBY PRO-LOGIC IN MY HOME?


The special decoder for Dolby Pro-Logic- Surround Sound can be found in a number of models from Panasonic and Technics.
