NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council have made the above Orders under Sections 82 and 83 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act. 1984. as amended, the effect of which is to impose 30 mph speed limits along the following lengths of roads.


1. Grindleton Road. West Bradford, from its present termination point 265 metres east of Chapel Lane (near its junction with Bowland Gate Lane) to a point 150 metres east of Halsteads Farm, a distance of 330 metres in an easterly direction.


2. Waddington Road. West Bradford, from a point 500 metres


northeast of the gable end of the house called ‘Meadowcroft’. Waddington (the termination point of the existing 30 mph speed limit) for a distance of 520 metres in a north easterly


direction.


Copies of both Orders and relevant plans may be inspected at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council. Chief Executive's Department. Council Offices. Church Walk. Clitheroe and at Christ Church Precinct. County Hall. Preston, during normal office hours until the 8th August. 1994.


Both Orders will come into force on the 27th June. 1994, and any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders may apply within 6 weeks of that date to the High Court for that purpose.
