spent £(>38.98 per head of population, providing ser­ vices for the people of Laneashir- during the year, and that the county has provided 20,102 children under the age of five with school places. Also revealed is that the Home Help service visited


20,000 people at least once a week during the year and that there was a rise of over a quarter of a mil­


lion in visits to libraries. The information is being published in local newspa­


pers in accordance with the requirements of the Government’s Citizen’s Charter.
